Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from My Account (billing portal) or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals — your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
Refunds
Because the Service is digital content delivered online, fees for a period already started are generally not refunded. You avoid any future charges simply by cancelling before the next renewal. Your UK statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
Free trial
No charge is made during the free trial. Cancelling during a trial, or before your first renewal, means you will not be charged.
